A communal cookbook for Lauterach in Austria

For the past two years we had the honor to be part of the creation of this fantastic cookbook for the town of Lauterach in Austria. The book assembles the culinary history of the town of Lauterach in the west of Austria, old and new recipes to be preserved for the following generations.
